We are a small boutique winery. Karen Warren has designed and produced all of our wine bottle labels for several years now. She has also designed this letterhead. I cannot be more pleased.

Karen is very intuitive - this makes the annual update and redesign process very easy for us.

Due to a corporate decision to outsource our Graphic Design Department, with sorrow we parted ways today with Karen Warren. I say “with sorrow” as Karen has been a hard working dedicated employee.

Without her talents and willingness to work extra hours, the recent complete redesign of our catalog would not have met a very tight deadline. These same abilities enabled us to meet newspaper ad and other printer deadlines.

In addition to our catalog and newspaper ads, Karen has also designed product packaging, direct mailing brochures, store signage and posters, flyers, labels, and other projects for us from concept to completion.

Karen Warren reported directly to me at Bronson Laboratories on a daily basis. Karen was an exceptional employee and artist, always punctual and always ready and willing to work. She brought a lot of creativity and energy to the table. Karen had an amazing ability to think “outside the box” and to take on any project from concept to completion. Karen was very organized and detail oriented and was able to manage her time without direction. Karen also possessed outstanding communication skills with co-workers and vendors. She would take the initiative to start additional tasks that were not asked of her and she was great at multi-tasking.

Karen had a lot of creative suggestions at our weekly creative meetings, which she incorporated into many of her pieces. She was a team player, willing to assist others, but could also work alone when needed. Karen is able to take constructive criticism and turn others’ ideas into an extraordinary piece.

She has done a great job and is a pleasure to work with. She has really assisted me with a lot of oversees accounts, whereby they can print their own flyers and promote the sku's they carry in their own country. Tremendous help!!
